Marketing Manager

Our home and garden company seeks a full time Marketing Manager. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this position is responsible for spearheading all marketing efforts, including website/print collateral, trade show management, lead generation, customer retention, and market research. Requires a unique blend of creative vision and ability to execute. Supervises a 6+ person team. 
 

Qualifications and Skills:

5+ years of experience ideally within a consumer goods organization
Proven track record managing teams and projects
Excellent presentation, written and overall communication skills
Drive to succeed in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
Articulate, driven to exceed goals, creative and a strong desire to be a part of a fast paced, dynamic environment
Ability to travel as necessary
NA/BS degree required, advance degree preferred
